Michael Spieler and Sven Freitag saw the potential in establishing a bar and restaurant on the new golf course. Until the main building is finished they work in a provisional space and are using the large terrace to offer special surroundings for their clients. The actual bar-restaurant offers a great advantage for their clients as here a very personal and caring service can be offered, so often lacking in large restaurants. Especially at dinner time, when the kitchen only opens for reservations, this becomes apparent. All dishes are freshly prepared to order and it is interesting to see what the weekly change of menu brings, you will always find a vegetarian dish on the menu. Sven Freitag, who has worked in other popular restaurants such as Meson de Tiagua, La Finca or Restaurant Chili, offers a modern international cuisine with only the freshest ingredients, delighting with dishes such as braised rabbit in prune sauce with canarian potatoes or lamb filet with warm lentil salad are some examples of the good and economic dishes on offer.

Sven and Michael ensure everyone is welcome in the golf restaurant and you don’t have to play golf or follow a certain dress code to enjoy the unique, quiet and beautiful atmosphere.
